U.S. Immigration Consulting

Immigration consulting, from the first review to arrival.

Tyl Consulting LLC is a United States immigration consulting company. We take a case on in full — working out which category fits, building the petition, carrying it through USCIS, and seeing the client through the consular stage and the move itself.

  • Wyoming limited liability company
  • Seoul operations affiliate, established 2004
  • Investor, employment, and family cases
  • English & Korean support

What we do

We work with clients who are applying for United States immigrant visas, nonimmigrant visas, and related benefits. The same team handles a case from the first eligibility review through to the client's arrival.

  • EB-5 immigrant investor petitions

We handle EB-5 cases end to end: the source-of-funds record, the I-526E petition, and the I-829 petition that removes conditions once the investment has run its course.

  • EB-1A and National Interest Waiver

We build the record for EB-1A extraordinary ability petitions and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions — publications, citations, judging, awards, and the other evidence USCIS weighs.

  • Employment-based petitions

We work with the employee and the sponsoring company together on EB-2 and EB-3 cases, coordinating the labor certification and the employer's supporting documentation.

  • Family-based petitions

We handle immigrant petitions for spouses, children, parents, and siblings, along with the fiancé(e) filings that lead to a K-1 visa.

  • Nonimmigrant visa filings

For clients who need to be in the United States before an immigrant petition is approved, we handle E-1 and E-2 treaty filings, L-1 intracompany transfers, and O-1 and H-1B petitions.

  • Case tracking and consular processing

We track every petition we file. Our internal system retrieves case status from USCIS so our staff can see where a client's petition stands, and we support consular processing once it is approved.

Where our experience comes from

Tyl Consulting LLC is new as a United States entity, but the practice behind it is not. The dates and figures below describe the record of our operations affiliate, Kookmin Emigration Corporation, in the Korean market.

Kookmin Emigration Corporation opened in Seoul in 2004 as a licensed overseas emigration agency registered with the Republic of Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It began with Canadian and Australian programs, moved into United States business visas, and from 2010 concentrated on the EB-5 immigrant investor category.

That focus became a specialty in publicly backed projects — transportation authorities, municipal infrastructure, and regional center offerings that clear USCIS project review. Kookmin has been the highest-volume EB-5 filer in Korea for nine consecutive years by filings and approvals, and every EB-5 project it has taken through to maturity has returned investor capital.

The same team now handles EB-1A, National Interest Waiver, employment-based, and family-based work, and supports clients after approval with settlement services in the United States. That is the practice Tyl Consulting LLC draws on.

How our company is organized

Tyl Consulting LLC is a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States. It is the company that holds our United States business relationships and the entity our clients contract with for work performed in the United States.

Our affiliate in the Republic of Korea, Kookmin Emigration Corporation, carries out development and daily operations for us. That affiliate has served immigration clients since 2004, and it operates the servers that run our systems. It works for us under a written agreement that requires it to follow the protections described in our Privacy Policy. The affiliate's Korean-language website is at www.e-min.co.kr.

A case stays inside the two companies. Our staff includes immigration specialists, our own U.S.-licensed immigration attorneys, certified public accountants in Korea and the United States, and analysts who review investment projects — we do not hand a client's case to an outside firm. Our working languages are English and Korean.
